Do you have Type 2 Diabetes?
This study is for people who have type 2 Diabetes who still have elevated blood sugar on their current medication, or aren’t taking any medication for it. All participants in the study will begin on Metformin for at least 16 weeks. If you’re already taking Metformin, you can skip this 16 week run-in, and start the study medication sooner.
There are 9 or 10 visits required for this study, depending on what your current treatment is, and you would be reimbursed for travel from $50.00 to $75 per visit, depending on what is required for that visit. The total compensation for this study is $500 or $550 (9 or 10 visits).
